Sponsorship Opportunities for 4th Annual MEGA Family Conference
This event is a unique opportunity which allows you to target a specific subset of the LGBT community-
families and couples interested in creating a family of their own. This is a group which will truly appreciate and reciprocate your organization's support. There is no other event like this which will allow you to reach out to this specific audience and do so in a cost efficient manner.
MEGA's family conference is one of MEGA Family Project's signature events. It is an excellent resource for the LGBT community to come together to learn about issues that affect us as parents and potential parents. It will be a fun and information packed day full of workshops on a variety of pertinent topics to help LGBT individuals and their families. Workshop topics will include pathways to parenthood, parenting issues, financial and legal considerations, and relationship issues. The day also includes a resource fair where attendees can ask questions and interact one on one with participating organizations. In this all day conference we give individuals and couples looking to start a family, as well as existing families a chance to come together and learn from our presenters and from one another. It is an amazing time of community and camaraderie
Outlined below are our sponsorship opportunity levels and benefits. This level of support ensures that you receive the greatest return on investment. However, if that is not feasible we also offer resource fair participation and advertising as standalone options.
GOLD Sponsorship $1250
Gold Sponsorship Benefits:
*Full page color program ad (inside or back cover if available). Sponsors receive advertising space in the Conference Program, which is given to all conference attendees.
*Prominent Logo display on website and other marketing materials to promote conference.
*Logo display near conference registration area, designating sponsorship level. Additional recognition posted throughout venue.
*Includes one-year sponsorship package of the MEGA Family Project at the Gold Level, which includes year-round sponsorship recognition in newsletters, web pages, and other sponsorship benefits.
*Opportunity to be a presenter at conference workshop.
*Opportunity to sponsor a workshop at the conference.
*Special acknowledgement of conference sponsorship at morning kick off.
*Logo insertion in Conference Program indicating sponsorship level.
*Eight conference admissions. As a sponsor, designated attendees may take part in the workshops and other programming throughout the day.
*Premium Resource Fair table location. If desired, Sponsors receive a full display table space in our Resource Fair. Centrally located in the conference setting, these tables provide you the opportunity for one-on-one contact with all the conference attendees.
