London 2012’s Olympic flame may be extinguished, but the Olympic spirit lives on in Ridgefield with the 2012 Ridgefield Family Olympics. Dr. Blaine Langberg and the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield are co-hosting this free all-new family night
event on September 14th at the Boys & Girls Club.
Family time, especially family fun, is the foundation for strong connections between parents, children and siblings. A little friendly competition, teamwork and a healthy dose of laughter are a great recipe for a family night out. In that spirit, Dr. Langberg and the Boys & Girls Club staff welcome teams of family and friends to participate in a pentathlon of family-friendly events including an obstacle course, word game, cup stacking race, building contest and more! Events are designed for all ages: young kids, teens, and adults.
