Nichole Kelly of SME Digital, will give you simple step-by-step techniques for creating measurable strategies and getting the data to prove they deliver.
Facebook Marketing Magic - Dennis Yu, CEO of Blitzlocal covers Facebook. So now you have a lot of fans. But what are they worth, how do you integrate Facebook with your other marketing efforts, which tactics work in which combinations to solve particular challenges, and how do you convince your peers of the value in word-of-mouth marketing?
Crisis Communications in a Social World - Patti Hobbs, Director of Strategic Communications for UPS Airlines will present a crisis communications case study that includes advice on handling a crisis in a socially connected world.
Making Communications Memorable - Aaron Perlut, a partner in Elasticity will share online and offline examples of memorable communications.
