Ocean Friendly Garden Installation at Fire Station 3

Strong and able community members are invited to help us create
an ocean friendly garden at Fire Station 3. 
Work alongside your Ventura City Firefighters in digging a bioswale, planting native plants, and putting down mulch.

Volunteers should wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, a hat and/or sunscreen
and bring a refillable water bottle and work gloves.

We will provide all the tools, refreshments, and lunch! 

Group Sign Up: On the online registration form under "Group Member Information" you may indicate how many from your group will attend. For this event we can take a group of up to 7 volunteers for each shift.

All participants and parents/guardians must sign a waiver, available at HERE. Waivers will also be available at the project site. Community service hours are available to students and groups.
