The NAMM Foundation invites college music majors, music faculty and music school leaders to attend the "NAMM Generation Next" program at the 2013 NAMM Show.

Nearly 1,100 music business majors from around the country converged last January at the 2012 NAMM Show, attending professional development sessions and enjoying networking time on the NAMM Show floor.  Please join us January 2013 to explore and connect with the music products industry.

This year’s highlights include:

• Morning motivational sessions featuring Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser of Attitude Concepts, Inc. and music industry leaders
• Seminars that provide “career ready” updates and information
• Volunteer opportunities for hands on experience that is great for resume building
• Admission to  Music Education Days that celebrate music teachers with sessions that inspire  teaching music today and explore new and innovative tools for teaching

"As future leaders in music – be it as performers, teachers, or music product innovators or business leaders-you are critical to the future of music and to NAMM’s membership. Registration fees are waived from October 17, 2012 through January 3, 2013 for all college and post-graduate students studying music business or music education. Attendees will be responsible for their travel expenses to the NAMM Show and other related expenses.
