Drawing with Colored Pencils

   


 

This is an introductory workshop on using colored pencils to create exceptional drawings.  Participants will learn colored pencil techniques, composition strategies, and easy tips on how to create colored pencil drawings of still life, landscapes, portraits, or animals.  Each person will receive handouts to take home along with a few drawings that are created in class.  Any desirable photos to draw from need to be brought to class, along with materials.

 

Materials Needed:  (Hobby Lobby)

 

Prismacolor Pencils

Plastic Eraser

Pencil Sharpener

Colorless Blender Pencil

Smooth Bristol Board Paper
