If you are responsible for helping to protect a municipal / regional airport, its facilities, aircraft, personnel, or assets against the forces of nature, then you are welcome to attend this event.

You will gain insight about the newest technologies, innovations, and procedures for safeguarding airports and airbases from the forces of nature. You will hear numerous, dynamic presentations from leaders of private industry who will explain new developments and exciting projects aimed at helping to prevent or reduce damage to airports and airbases stemming from hurricanes, tornados, severe winter storms, fire, floods, lightning, and seismic activity.
Representatives from Regional Airports, Commerical Aviation, Airport Construction Industry, Government Aviation and the Military will Attend:
Attending and participating in this event will be representatives from municipal and regional airports as well general aviation. Also attending will be representatives from numerous Army Corps of Engineer districts, Air Force civil engineering squadrons and support agencies, and Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
Resource Information Kits are Provided to all Attendees:
All event attendees will receive a detailed event resource information kit that they can keep for future use with locating hundreds of resources for protecting their airport / airbase from devastating natural forces. The information kit comes in a rugged carrying case.

Attendee Fee:
$285 per attendee. This fee includes breakfast, lunch, conference materials, and a Resource Information Kit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted prior to September 15, 2012. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to offset administration costs associated with the cancellation. No cancellation refunds can be offered after September 15, 2012.
