Forgiveness Thru Compassionate Understanding
with Lori Grace, M.A. and Robert Plath

We are more able to forgive both ourselves and others if we increase our ability to be compassionate. Enhancing our ability to empathize with ourselves and others is the action we need to take to enhance our ability to forgive. Forgiving ourselves and others feels wonderful! Come to this class with Lori Grace and Bob Plath. We will use a mixture of methods from Compassionate Communication (NVC), Role Playing and Guided Meditation to heal issues in our lives where forgiving someone else or ourselves could be very helpful.

Lori OrchidLori Grace, M.A. (Psych.) is the Founder and Director of the Sunrise Center, a popular nonprofit organization, which has been active since 1986. Lori has been studying and teaching approaches to communication and conflict resolution for over seventeen years and Compassionate Communication for twelve. She uses guided meditation and role-play to guide others forgive themselves and each other with more ease. She also integrates body awareness skills to help people ground and center when doing role-plays using Compassionate Communication. Compassionate Communication is an essential part of the skills she uses to connect compassionately with both her self and others and to feel peaceful and inspired in daily life.
