Community Book Swap

DESCRIPTION:

Donate your gently used books and pick out "new-to-you" ones for free at Deerfield Township's Community Book Swap! Family friendly books for all ages are accepted - children, teens, and even adults! No magazines, please.

This event is free and only requires book donations to participate. There will be a 1-to-1 swap on all donated books. Participants will receive 1 ticket for each gently used book that they donate to the swap. All books at the swap will "cost" 1 ticket. (Tickets are distributed at the event.)

Book donations are accepted September 3rd through October 3rd. Donations are accepted even if you can’t participate in the swap; extra books are used to enable participation by families in need. (There is a place to indicate this on the sign-up form when you donate.)

DONATION DEADLINE is Wednesday, October 3rd.

DONATION LOCATIONS:

You will find a donation bin at the following convenient locations.

A sign-up sheet will be located with the bin requesting your contact information and count of books donated. Tickets will be distributed at the event.
