In this fun hands-on class we’ll make homemade pasta - the old fashioned way, with an Atlas pasta machine, semolina flour, eggs and oil. It’s great fun to make pasta with friends, so bring one or two along or meet new friends as we roll out the dough together. We’ll experiment with fettucini, angel hair and hand cut raviolis and whip up a traditional red sauce, a seasonal pesto and a pumpkin ravioli filling to compliment our creations. BYOPM (bring your own pasta maker) if you have one and an apron. You’ll leave with new recipes and the inspiration to make pasta at home. We’ll taste wines chosen by Newport Wine Cellar to highlight the menu.
