 Oktoberfest 2012

On September 15^th 2012,  Napa Smith Brewery will transform into Munich as it host’s American Canyon Chamber of Commerce’s fourth annual Oktoberfest.  Herren, Frauen und Kinder will gather to eat, drink, mingle, dance, listen to German Polka and dance the Chicken Dance! 

 In addition to the beer stein contest, best costumes, best yodel, Beer a Day for a Year and Chicken Dance contest, you’ll be able to cheer for your favorite wiener at the Wiener Dog Races!  That’s right…; this four-legged and fun competition is back by popular demand! 

You’ll need intestinal fortitude for the Bratwurst Eating Contest!  And that’s not all!  This year’s event will include a trip to Tahoe for one lucky person.  Don't leave the kiddies behind!  A free Kinder (children’s) area will keep your little ones busy AND happy.  That’s right, there’s something for the entire family.  

As always, delicious Bavarian food will be available to purchase along with beer and non alcoholic beverages.  Just remember, last call is one half hour before the close of the event.
