Join the Cleveland Restoration Society in the ballroom of the beautifully rehabilitated Tudor Arms as we celebrate forty years of Preserving Cleveland's Heritage. Jeff Greene of EverGreene Architectural Arts will take us on a behind-the-scenes restoration "tour" of some of the country's most significant interiors.Tudor Arms Hotel

Jeff has worked on the conservation, restoration, and replication of artwork and architectural finishes in thirty state capitols, over 300 historic theaters, more than 200 churches, and many more civic, commercial, and institutional buildings. His projects include the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, the US Capitol Building, the Library of Congress, and most of New York's Broadway theaters.  In Cleveland he has worked on Severance Hall, the Federal reserve Bank, and the theatres of PlayhouseSquare.

Jeff will talk about his forensic investigation and restoration development processes. His presentation will include fascination case studies that will show transformations not only of buildings, but of communities.

This year's Community Luncheon is a showcase not only of Jeff's wonderful work, but will be a celebration of the Cleveland Restoration Society's 40th anniversary. Individual tickets are $60 (Patron $125, Student $25). Tables are available for $1,200 and $800.
