The Time & Place: Thursday, October 4th @ 6pm, on the Patio at Abbott's Grill.
The Challenge: We've invited 6 celebrated local Chefs to join us for the night, and bring with them a dish they think will pair exceptionally well with the beers from Dogfish Head that will be taking over our taps for the night (each Chef will be paired with 1 beer). Then we let the attendees sample, savor and vote for their favorite pairing of the night.
The Beers: Punkin / Bitches Brew / Red & White / Sah'tea / Burton Baton / 90 Minute IPA
The Chefs: Paul Gallo / Abbott's Grill Brenton Wallace / Nage Dennis Marcoux / Dogfish Head Ryan Cunningham / Harrington Raceway Tom Deptula / Victoria's at the Boardwalk Plaza Tommy Long / Nalu & Whiskey Beach
The Best Part: You get to try ALL the beers and ALL the dishes created by the chefs! (And we're giving out free Dogfish Head glasses to all attendees!)
The Small Print: Tickets are $40 per person and include all beers/tasting plates. Additional Dogfish Head beers can be purchased at the bar after the event. Attendees must be 21 years of age.
