LOCATION OF EXHIBITS:
The Exposition will be held on the 5th floor Westside Ballroom of the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel, New York City. All measurements and booth layouts shown on the attached floor plan are as accurate as possible, but the Association reserves the right to make such modifications and change booth assignments as may be necessary to adjust the floor plan at any time to meet the needs of the Association, exhibitors and exhibits.
Please note: When you register for a booth, it will be CONFIRMED with your exact booth # by email or phone. Registration on-line is for one booth. If you are requsting multiple booths, please mail, fax or email the paper registration.
EXHIBIT HOURS:
The Exposition will be held February 4th and 5th, 2013 on the 5th floor of the Marriott Marquis Hotel and will be open in accordance with the following schedule:
Monday -Opening Session 9:00 AM
Exhibition Opens 10:30 AM
Official Ribbon Cutting 11:45 AM
Lunch 12:00 to 1:30 PM
Technical Sessions Begin 1:30 PM
Coffee Break 2:30 - 3:30 PM
Technical Sessions End 4:30 PM
Expanded Reception in Exhibit Hall 4:30 – 6:30 PM
Tuesday -Exhibition Opens 8:30 AM
Technical Sessions Begin 9:00 AM
Coffee Break 10:00 to 11:00 AM
Lunch 12:00 to 1:30 PM
Coffee Break 2:30 to 3:30 PM
Exhibit Area Closes 4:15 PM
Technical Sessions End 4:30 PM
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT AND CONFIRMATION:
Every effort has been made to make booth locations equally desirable. However, experience indicates that exhibitors tend to request the same booths. Therefore, booth assignments will be made on a combination of the following criteria:
- First come, first served
- Number of years exhibited
- Number of booths purchased
- Discretion of the Exhibit Committee
