Everything DiSC profile is a well known tool for helping people to improve relationships and performance in the workplace. In this specialized session, we will use your DiSC profile to strengthen your skills as a trainer. We will examine different behavioral styles and learn how to adapt training to each unique style.
For this session, we will use the latest DiSC tool, “Everything Workplace.” This profile explores the priorities that drive learners at work. This will be a highly personalized learner experience. Your personal profile will include in-depth information including tips, strategies, and action plans to help you become more effective. We will use your personal profile to explore ways to make you a better learning and education professional.

Upon registration and payment for this workshop, you will be sent a link that will allow you to complete your personal profile prior to the workshop. (You must come to the workshop with your completed profile – we will not allow time during the session to complete the profile. You will use the link to take the profile and to print your personalized document which you need to bring to the session.)

Meet the Instructor
Lorna J. Kibbey designs and delivers management and leadership seminars and services to public and private sector organizations. Her seminars focus on the many issues surrounding leadership, motivation, and communication. All are customized to fit specific needs of an organization. Lorna is a motivational speaker and has spoken at a large variety of conferences and meetings. Lorna has more than 22 years of managerial experience in the government sector and has first‐hand experience in dealing with the most difficult situations managers face. Employed by the Florida Department of Children and Families for more than 24 years, Lorna served as a line supervisor, trainer, program consultant, operations administrator, and senior management consultant in a multitude of public service programs.
