Join the American Heart Association and its partners on November 9th, 2012 for the 3rd Annual Tu Corazón Latino Summit. Take an in-depth look at Latino health across generations and how the decisions made at each stage of life affects the next one with our host, Dr. Max Gomez, Medical Correspondent for CBS2 News.

Beginning with a focus on our youth, we will focus on the trajectory from disease prevention to disease management with a targeted review of issues affecting our senior population.  Hear from top experts on how to improve Latino health and the changes necessary to ensure that the next generation of Latinos are living their healthiest lives ever.
