About Patrick

Patrick believes that every speech is a performance. He draws from his years as a Nashville songwriter and musician to turn each speech he delivers into one filled with music, laughter and a message that prompts immediate action. He travels out of North Carolina delivering funny, entertaining, and educational keynote speeches that has him working across the country and Canada. He started his career speaking in high schools although now his primary focus is helping companies and associations achieve higher sales, create more profitable customer relationships, and build a more productive team at work. He is the proud father of three children, Jack, Robert, and Meredith, and still thinks his wife Lesley is smoking hot.

Patrick grew up in the football town of Auburn, Alabama, and has seen first hand how fans are made. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1994 and has been actively involved in the leadership of both the National Speakers Association and NSA Carolinas where he served as president in 2011-2012. Patrick enjoys Cross Fit, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, one triathlon a year, the occasional 5k and eating a sausage biscuit while cheering his wife Lesley on during her Half Marathons. Patrick works with a guitar by his desk and is continually on the lookout for his next song idea. He is a firm believer that “if you do what you love to do for a living, you will never work a day in your life”.
