PRSA Southeast District Leadership Rally

The 2012 Southeast District Leadership Rally will be held in beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina.

EVENT DETAILS

WHAT:  This leadership training day will help better prepare your newly elected chapter officers to serve next year. Being able to meet face-to-face and interact with their respective counterparts from other chapters in the region will help make this event extremely beneficial.

Current and upcoming chapter officers will hear from two keynote speakers, meet national and district PRSA leaders, and participate in breakout sessions for a variety of key leadership positions including Chapter Secretaries, Treasurers, Vice Presidents, Presidents and Committee Chairs, To view the day's agenda please click here.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:  Newly elected Chapter Presidents, Presidents-elect, Secretaries, Treasurers, Chapter Chairs representing Ethics, APRs, Programming, Membership and Communication.

Tate will give you time-tested tools and ideas for effective leadership with your local PRSA chapter. This interactive session will cover the demands of leadership, how to build an effective team and why you should empower your board to ensure long-term chapter success.

Topic: Taking Your Chapter and Yourself National
Byrum will focus on raising the engagement of chapter members and officers in the national dialog of the profession and PRSA.
