REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY: Payment must be made in full to receive discounted registration rate. Cancelations will not be acknowledged unless received in writing at the Pankey office. No refunds will be given for cancelations received within seven business days of the event except under extenuating circumstances as determined by the Institute. All cancelations received will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee. The Pankey Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course with advance notice to registrants. In such an event, deposits may be refunded in full or transferred to a future course date or event. In no event shall the Institute be liable for any cancelation or change penalties assessed by the airlines, hotels, or car rentals as a result of course date changes or cancelations. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of refunds.
