Join the Girl Advisory Board
Have the gift of gab? Join us at the first Girl Advisory Board (GAB) meeting of the year on Sunday, October 21, 2012.
You'll have a blast meeting girls from around the council and learning more about the GAB. We'll also enjoy cider and donuts and take on an awesome team building challenge! Dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. This is a FREE event. Register for the event here. Open to girls in grades 8-12.

ABOUT THE GAB
You have the power to impact change in your community and beyond. When you become a member of the GAB you'll be the voice of more than 30,000 Girl Scouts throughout southeast Michigan. As a member of this exclusive club you'll provide valuable insights, ideas, and input. Using your passion and creativity you'll help to guide the future of Girl Scouting at GSSEM and advise the CEO, Denise Dalrymple, and our COO, Susan McGraw!
The GAB will meet quarterly. They'll also represent the council at media and civic events. But most importantly, girls will share their Girl Scout story with the community. You must be in grade 8 or higher to participate.
