CCRPC Fall Conference 2012

This evening session will include a cocktail reception, dinner and a program that will give an overview of the ECOS Project Draft regional plan which includes transportation, economic development, health, housing, and natural resources.  Attending the Thursday night session is a great option if you can't take the whole day on Friday to go through the plan in detail.

6-8:00pm             Dinner and presentation, with time for Q&A and discussion

Friday, November 2, 2012, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - $15.00
This all-day workshop will dig-into the Draft ECOS Regional plan, with a focus on high-priority actions. Work with friends from other towns, agencies and organizations to achieve our shared vision for the future.

8:30-9:00amRegistration and continental breakfast
9:00-10:15am         Session 1 - Plenary session discussion of Chittenden County's key issues and
                                   needs by sector, including economic development, housing, natural resources,
                                   and energy. Special guests invited.
10:30-11:45 am       Session 2 - In-depth look at the planning area map…Does this map meet your
                                    anticipated needs for the next 5 years?
12:00-1:00 pm         Lunch with themed discussions
1:00-2:30 pm           Session 3 - Strategies and Actions: Are these the right actions to meet the needs
                                    of your community and the County?
2:45-4:00 pm           Session 4 - Help us help you – what are you trying to accomplish, and does this
                                    plan fit your needs? Bring your own planning documents and dig-in!
