Driving Directions 

MISSION:  to help women connect and thrive through educational and inspirational workshops dedicated to: (1) personal growth, (2) financial growth, (3) understanding and improving relationships and (4) improving health and well-being.

 WHAT IT IS:   a forum where smart and exciting women come together at workshops with seasoned experts to share stories and strategies for actionable steps to facilitate growth and success.

  • The WeHo Women's Mastery Series is comprised of four parts:  (1) Mastering your Life, (2) Mastering your Money, (3) Mastering your Relationships and (4) Mastering your Health and Well-Being.
  • Each Mastery program meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month and has five (5) in person meetings. There will be conference calls during non-meeting weeks to continue the conversations and to provide accountability.
  • Really take care of you so when you have questions or concerns, we'll be there every step of the way

Presented by Christine Kwok, a fitness & wellness professional with 20 years of experience working with elite athletes, weekend warriors, injured workers, and busy professionals to attain their fitness goals.

 How sugar & processed foods fatigue:  How your diet can help you be more resistant to illness, chronic pain, and weight gain.

 Exercises that you can squeeze in during your work day:  help prevent stress-related headaches and back and neck pain

 How to make your workouts work for you when time is your greatest limiting factor.

 Applying SMART goals to plan for fitness success:  prevent plateaus and consistently yield results

 Wellness open forum:  Debunk fitness myths and have your fitness & wellness questions answered.
