THE CAUSE

Sportivo Chicago is a non-for-profit organization that fosters free youth development programs.  ArtNite will raise funds to support Sportivo Chicago a small non-profit organization founded in 2008 that is made up of young professionals from a variety of professions who volunteer their free time to bettering Chicagoland by creating and running inner-city and suburban youth development programs. We have been able to offer all our youth sport classes and clinics for free as stand-alone programs or as a means of support for other organizations made possible through our fundraising and continued community support. We have been filling a need for certain city and suburban families that lack access to public facilities or have limited financial means to participate in organized sports. Sportivo seeks to continue to provide services for Big Brothers Big Sisters and a variety of other community groups along with providing resources for the Chicago Park District and other public organizations. All proceeds will go towards supporting Sportivo Chicago's 2013 programs.
