The 2nd annual Cable Interacts Interactive Launch Competition injects fresh thinking about advanced video services. MBA student teams present business models, marketing plans and competitive strategies. Participating companies showcase their product and gain valuable, independent insight. The competition provides a provocative and lively event judged by industry experts.

Student teams from seven leading U.S. Business Schools, including Boston University School of Management, Columbia Business School, Georgetown McDonough, Howard University School of Business, MIT Sloan, NYU Stern and Pace Lubin, will square off in the 2nd annual competition on November 28 in New York City. 

The Master of Business Administration candidates will vie to create the best business model, marketing plan and launch strategy for an emerging video product, service or application from their Sponsor Company, including ARRIS, HBO, iN DEMAND, Rovi, SeaChange International, Synacor and thePlatform.

A judges panel of industry experts and top executives will determine the best plans and award First, Second and Third Place Winners. Teams win cash prizes and gain valuable visibility toward a potential career in cable, broadband, television or related fields.
