Katrina Vaillancourt, co-founder of the Love Coach Academy, specializes in the creating family harmony. During this beginner level class, we will be practicing skills in Compassionate Connecting including:
- Active Listening
- Empathic Reflecting
- Appreciation vs. Acknowledgment
- Requests vs. Demands
In our upcoming Level 2 class, we will be diving deeper with these practices and adding:
- "What Am I Telling Myself?"
- Evaluations Masquerading as Feelings
- The Beauty of Needs/Longings/Values
- Saying 'no' and compassionately responding to 'no'
In order for us to run our classes, we need to have a minimum of 4 people pre-paid and registered for the class. Please pre-register for classes. Also, please leave a valid email and phone # so we have two ways we can contact you in the case the class has to be canceled or rescheduled.
