We invite you to exhibit at the area’s premiere osteopathic continuing medical education conference. LECOM Primary Care 2013 is set for the weekend of March 1-3, at Peek’n Peak Conference Center in Findley Lake, N.Y.  More than 150 physicians will visit your table at the Scientific Exhibit on March 1^st. 

Primary Care 2013 will focus on health problems commonly seen in the offices of primary care physicians.  This three-day seminar aims to provide participating physicians with information about new medical advancements in order to increase the scope of treatment options available to the primary care physicians and to enhance the physicians’ existing knowledge of topics, thus improving patient care.

LECOM is a Category 1-A CME Sponsor accredited by the American Osteopathic Association and anticiptes Primary Care 2013 to recieve 20 CME credit hours.

Accomodations

Registrants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations.  For reservations, call Peek’n Peak at (716) 355-4141, ext. 7154, and specify that you have enrolled in the LECOM Primary Care 2013 seminar.  Peek’n Peak will hold a block of rooms for participants. Reservations must be made by January 30, 2013, to guarantee a room.

Exhibitors Guide

Exhibits will be held in the main dining hall located on the first floor next to the Pub and Royal Court Dining Room at the Inn & Conference Center at Peekn’ Peak.

TABLES
Tables will be assigned.  Please remember that two exhibits share one table.  You do have the option to purchase a full table.  Because of space constraints in the exhibit halls, we request that you reserve at most only one full table per company.  We ask that you assign only two (2) representatives to the exhibit table at a time.  Peek’n Peak and the sponsoring organization will not be responsible for the loss or damage of exhibitor property. Exhibits may begin to set up after 8:00 a.m. on Friday.

REGISTRATION FEE
One half of an 8 foot table costs $400, and is paid separately from any speaker sponsorship grant. Registration includes two company representatives for lunch and other activities.  If more than two company representatives register for a half table, each additional representative will be charged $50 to cover the additional costs. Individuals not registered in advance will be charged $75 on the day of the program.

EXHIBIT DAY CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in at exhibitor registration on the first floor. Registration table will be open from 7:30 a.m. to noon on Friday. Your Primary Care name badge will serve as your lunch tickets. Please wear this badge at all times.  A fee of $25 will be charged for lost name badges.

RAFFLE
CME credit is no longer available for scientific exhibits. LECOM makes every effort to attract participants to visit the exhibitors, including a raffle based on attendance at the exhibits. We request that each company donate a gift for the raffle.  If you are able to provide a gift, please deliver your gift to LECOM before Friday, February 19, 2013, or call CME office at LECOM to arrange delivery at the conference.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, LUNCH & EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
Exhibitors are welcome to enjoy the continental breakfasts and lunch on Friday.  Exhibitors are requested to take lunch prior to when the physicians have their lunch break. If you plan on staying the whole weekend, you are welcome to enjoy the Saturday evening social event.  We provide breaks and an extended lunch for the participants to allow a time to visit your display.
