Class: Holiday Candy and Confections

Class Length: 3 - 3hour classes (9 total instructional hours) 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Class Dates: November 13,14, 15
Class Cost $350. ACI students and Alumni $275
Student Requirements: Class is open to all current students and graduates of a culinary school/program or those who have professional industry culinary/baking experience.
Note: this is not a recreational class
Curriculum: Students will learn how to prepare and finish an assortment of candies and confections with a holiday theme.
Class cost covers all food and decoration supplies need to complete projects.
Students will be required to supply uniform and basic tools (knife kit) to attend class.
Class size will be limited to 15 persons on a first come first serve basis. A minimum of 6 students are required to hold class.
Fees and Refunds: A required deposit of $100 will hold your spot in class. The balance must be paid no later than 11/6/2012. All fees must be paid prior to taking class. Cut off date for class registration is November 9, 2012 5:00 PM
Class spots will be held on a first paid basis. Should the class be cancelled for low attendance, a full refund will be issued. There will be no refunds after the first attended class.
Note: This class is separate from the diploma program offered by Arizona Culinary Institute. It covers techniques that are not currently covered in current ACI curriculum . It is intended to be for continuing education purposes only.
