Death by Chocolate

Join us December 3rd for a decadent five-course dinner prepared by Timberlake's own Executive Chef Michael Barbato. This plant-based meal has infusions of chocolate throughout, making it perfect for a chocolate lover. Chef Barbato will discuss chocolate varietals and their benefits with a live demonstration featuring the evening's dessert course.

 

Doors open at 6:00pm with a cash bar available
Dinner served at 7:00pm
Dessert Demonstration begins 7:45pm

 Harvest Soup
Butternut squash, sweet potato and, pumpkin soup finished with chocolate curls

Roasted Tri-Color Pepper Salad
With black beans, walnuts, arugula, and chocolate balsamic dressing

Braised Turnips and Red Cabbage
With dried cranberries and topped with a salted almond chocolate crunch

Chocolate Curry Lentils with Tempeh
With leeks, mushrooms, and carrots.  Served with brown rice and coconut milk pilaf

Chocolate Tofu Cream Pie with Raspberry Sorbet
