TOPIC: “Continuous Improvement in a Changing World”
Join us as Mr. Iorio details continuous improvement tools as applied to the technical side of the business – i.e., engineering, architects, designers, project managers. He will show that continuous improvement tools do work – across all fields. The mission continues to be "Getting Results," centered on improved efficiency, decrease in waste, improvement in quality, and on time delivery through the hearts and minds of people.
Tim has held management roles at SSOE, Libbey-Owens-Ford, and Therma-Tru - all based in the Toledo area. His expertise is in HR, leadership development, and continuous improvement.He received his six sigma training from the Six Sigma Academy in Colorado Springs, and is currently vying for his doctorate in global leadership at Indiana Tech. He has conducted continuous improvement training the last 20 years. Recent training has included Pilkington, Gilmore, Jaison & Mahler (CPAs), and the jdi group. www.hri-associates.com
