George W. Brown Jr. Ojibwe Museum and Cultural Center Tour
Tuesday, December 11
4 – 5:30 pm.

Conference participants will have an opportunity to tour the George W. Brown Jr. Ojibwe Museum and Cultural Center.  The museum and cultural center offers one of the most complete collections of Lac Du Flambeau history, seasonal workshops, interactive exhibits, cultural programs and a world record sturgeon.

Tribal Excellence Award

Tribal Excellence Awards will be given at this year’s Annual Tribal Transportation Conference to those that have made exemplary contributions and service to building and enhancing partnerships with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Wisconsin Tribal communities.  

Nomination Eligibility

Nominations may include any individual, business, consultant, organization and/or partner that have made a significant impact on tribal affairs initiatives and services in transportation.  Selections will be made based upon the description and information provided in the nomination form. 

Award recipients will be selected by the conference planning committee. 

Nominations deadline was November 21, 2012 at 5 p.m.

Award Presentation

Award recipients will be announced at the dinner reception on Tuesday, December 11 at the Lake of the Torches Casino in Lac du Flambeau, WI from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Vendor/Exhibitor Information

Vendor/exhibitor Registration Fee: $100

The vendor/exhibitor fee includes:

  • Two six foot skirted tables
  • One chair
  • Power accessibility.

Registration fee includes full participation in the conference including meals for one person.

Space for vendors is limited to the first 10 registrations.
