With an emphasis on sustained relationships and continued support, Ms. Hammock educates clients about basic eligibility requirements for financing, giving business owners the tools they need to successfully pursue business financing. Kaitlan understands the challenges that many small business owners experience as they seek to increase sales revenues, keep costs to a minimum, and boost staff motivation through tough financial times. With a degree in Anthropology and proficient in two languages, she brings a unique perspective on community development, and she enjoys opportunities to utilize her skills and experiences to help local small business owners.John Homanis a SCORE counselor with a diverse background combining law, finance, accounting, sales and marketing. He is an attorney with more than twenty years of experience in the areas of contract securities and business law. His accounting experience extends from the controllership of a $1billion company down to basic QuickBooks. He also has extensive sales and marketing experience in the medical device industry, finance, and the business brokerage industries. As a business broker, John has represented everything from small manufacturing companies, multi-unit franchised restaurants and distribution companies down to simple businesses such as a dog wash or a mailbox store. He understands small business and targets his unique experience to meet their needs.Susan Lampingis a Senior Community Loan Officer at CDC Small Business Finance and acts as the liaison for the technical assistance needs of small businesses in San Diego County. In partnership with local banks in San Diego, she assists borrowers in acquiring SBA loan products which are specifically designed to make credit more accessible to entrepreneurs. Her responsibilities also include coordinating the business consulting needs of CDC's community loan borrowers and monitoring their businesses.
