Breakfast Reservations:
Escondido's Annual State of the City Address 

Escondido's Annual State of the City Address is a free, open to the public event. An optional breakfast is available for $15 per person. If you wish to have breakfast, advance reservations are required.

Breakfast will begin at 7:45 a.m. Program begins at 8:30 a.m.
