The 2013 Mid-Atlantic Waterways Conference, the region’s most comprehensive maritime conference, is scheduled April 2-4 at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore on the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD.   This important event brings together key leaders from the United States Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration and the most active and influential maritime industry leaders in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Port authorities, operators of cargo vessels in international and coastwise trades, shippers, shipyards and ship repair facilities, state and local regulators, passenger vessel operators, tug, towboat and barge operators, marine suppliers and key government officials will all attend and contribute to an examination of the most pressing issues and trends facing all maritime industry players in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Exhibitor Sponsor Opportunities 

Platinum Exhibit Sponsor: $4,000   
As a Platinum Exhibitor Sponsor, your organization will receive public recognition at the opening welcome ceremony and at the Awards Reception and you will have an opportunity to make brief remarks during a conference event to be determined.  In addition, your logo will be displayed electronically throughout the conference and posted on the event website, with click-through to your web site.  You will also receive a full page advertisement in the conference program, space for one (1) exhibit booth and two (2) additional conference registrations. 

Gold Exhibit Sponsor: $2,500     
As a Gold Exhibitor Sponsor, your organization will receive public recognition at the opening welcome ceremony. In addition, your logo will be displayed electronically throughout the conference and posted on the event website, with click-through to your web site.  You will also receive a half-page advertisement in the conference program, space for one (1) exhibit booth and one (1) additional conference registration.    

Silver Exhibit Sponsor:  $1,500       
As a Silver Exhibitor Sponsor, your organization’s logo will be displayed electronically throughout the conference and posted on the event website, with click-through to your web site.  You will also receive a quarter-page advertisement in the conference program and space for one (1) exhibit booth with a paid registration.

Non-Exhibitor Sponsor Opportunities 

Platinum Non-Exhibitor Sponsor: $3,500         
As a Platinum Non-Exhibitor Sponsor, your organization will receive public recognition at the opening welcome ceremony and at the Awards Reception and you will have an opportunity to make brief remarks at a conference event to be determined.  In addition, your logo will be displayed electronically throughout the conference and posted on the event website, with click-through to your web site.  You will also receive a full page advertisement in the conference program and two (2) additional conference registrations.    

Gold Non-Exhibitor Sponsor: $2,000         
As a Gold Non-Exhibitor Sponsor, your organization will receive public recognition at the opening welcome ceremony.  In addition, your logo will be displayed electronically throughout the conference, posted on the event website, with click-through to your web site and a half-page advertisement in the conference program.  You will also receive one (1) additional conference registration.    

Silver Non-Exhibitor Sponsor: $1,000         
As a Silver Non-Exhibitor Sponsor, your organization’s logo will be displayed electronically throughout the conference, posted on the event website, with click-through to your web site.  You will also receive a quarter-page advertisement in the conference program with your paid registration. 

Bronze Non-Exhibitor Sponsor: $600         
As a Bronze Sponsor, with your registration, your organization’s logo will be displayed electronically throughout the conference, posted on the event website, with click-through to your web site.
