John Batt
trained as an accountant in the United Kingdom and spent his early years as an auditor. After moving to the United States with the International division of The Pillsbury Company, he held positions of increasing responsibility culminating in his appointment as Director of Finance – International/Ice Cream Division. John later moved to Pillsbury Corporate Development as Director of Acquisitions/Acquisitions Analysis where he was involved in developing strategy, analyzing opportunity and executing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Brands included Bumble Bee Seafoods, Godfather’s Pizza, Van de Kamp, Burger King, Steak and Ale, Green Giant and others. John led the due diligence team in Pillsbury’s acquisition of Bumble Bee Seafoods and eventually transferred to Bumble Bee where he became CFO and Treasurer and eventually President and CEO.
Steve Eisold
most recently served as CEO with Brendan Technologies. Mr. Eisold has more than 25 years in marketing, business development and fund raising experience in both large and small companies.
Larry Johnes graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Accounting and from NYU with an M.B.A in Corporate Finance. He has an extensive sales, marketing, strategic planning, product development, and financial background. His experience includes being president of two multi-billion financial service companies, a national sales/marketing manger with five companies, and a CFO, operations controller, and treasurer. Larry has also gained international experience working for Dutch and Japanese conglomerates. Additionally, he was a partner in a business brokerage firm, a small business owner, a small business consultant, and has been in the B2B ecommerce environment.
Bob Ritz
owned and operated a marketing and sales company for 35 years. Through his efforts he contributed to the success and growth of many apparel firms, including Tommy Bahama, COACH, and Cole-Haan. He worked with and mentored some of the finest quality retail and wholesale companies in the country.
John Wham
co-founded a software development company and was in charge of product design and development. The company’s software products included a distributed project management system, regulation-compliant security system, and a sales force automation system which became the flagship product of the company during the last ten years of operation. He also served as President of the company for four years leading up to the time it was sold.
