Community Education
Gain Knowledge, Develop a Skill, Start a Hobby, Have some fun!
Explore the skills necessary to accomplish your tasks and achieve your goals. Knowing what to do and being able to do it yourself is not enough. Great supervisors (and even parents) learn to pass along their knowledge and work through others. Doing things that others can do for themselves is really not helping them in the long run.
