Business Plan 2:  How to Write
Winning Business and Financial Plans

This is the Roadmap for Your Business!
 
Writing your business plan can be a challenge, but we'll get you through it as easily as possible, and you'll be amazed at the insight you'll gain!  Of course, if you are seeking financing, a business plan is a must.

In this class you will learn how to:
  • Create or revise your plan
  • Set up your business goals
  • Understand your financial considerations
  • Analyze your market
  • Strategize your advertising
In addition, you'll receive a FREE Financial Planning Template that will enable you to generate your financials.
SCORE Mentors will be available on site to assist you during the workshop.

Featuring:
Greg Bowcott

has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services arena, and has supervised production, operations, servicing and numerous administrative functions. He has been successful in several start-up operations, and has redesigned business processes for other companies desiring to reposition themselves in evolving markets.  Greg has an undergraduate degree from Duke University and an MBA from St. Louis University. His area of expertise includes business plan preparation and business start-ups, repositioning of firms (both operations and marketing) and sales and sales management.

Larry Johnes graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Accounting and from NYU with an M.B.A in Corporate Finance. He has an extensive sales, marketing, strategic planning, product development, and financial background. His experience includes being president of two multi-billion financial service companies, a national sales/marketing manger with five companies, and a CFO, operations controller, and treasurer. Larry has also gained international experience working for Dutch and Japanese conglomerates. Additionally, he was a partner in a business brokerage firm, a small business owner, a small business consultant, and has been in the B2B ecommerce environment.

John Wham
co-founded a software development company and was in charge of product design and development. The company’s software products included a distributed project management system, regulation-compliant security system, and a sales force automation system which became the flagship product of the company during the last ten years of operation. He also served as President of the company for four years leading up to the time it was sold.
