is the President of C&L Maintenance Solutions, Inc. C&L is an experienced and professional general contracting company, as well as a repair and maintenance service for both commercial and residential properties. Clients include restaurants, business and professional offices, retail, apartments, hotels, bed & breakfasts, board and care facilities, and more.
Caryn received her BA from State University of New York at Albany, and her background is in social work and in sales & marketing. Excellent customer service, great listening skills and her ability to connect with people are her strengths. Joseph Martinez
is a shareholder practicing in the areas of business and real estate transactions. He represents real property owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and borrowers and lenders. His expertise encompasses sophisticated real estate matters including acquisitions, development, leasing, equity investment and secured lending transactions.
He received his B.S. cum laude from Harvard College and his law degree from Harvard University Law School where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Latino Law Review. He is a member of the San Diego County and State of California Bar Associations.
Lindsey Smith
is a Leasing Broker at KW Commercial. She represents both landlords and tenants with office and industrial properties throughout central San Diego. Lindsey's work is instrumental in building the San Diego KW Commercial Division. Her client list has included names such as American Assets, Asset Management Group, CDC Small Business Finance, Grace Hollis, Jani King, and RJ Realty Investors.
Lindsey is also active in numerous professional organizations, including Commercial Real Estate Women San Diego, NAIOP San Diego, Connected Women of Influence, Strategic Trusted Advisor's Roundtable, the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, and the USD Real Estate Alumni Association.
