January 13, 2013 Cooking Class      "Braising & Comfort Foods" 

Our small, hands-on cooking classes are fun and educational, appropriate for all levels of culinary experience.  Learn tricks of the trade from Chef-Owner Doug Mack.  Each three and half hour class finishes with a class-prepared lunch with wine.

On-site gardens and greenhouses grow vegetables for us year-round and most classes include a visit to gather products. The beautiful, fresh eggs used in class are supplied by our chickens.  Our farm to table cuisine reflects the seasons of our farm.  

Cooking class gift certificates make wonderful gifts for all your "foodie" friends.
