Home Care Mastermind Groups TM are groups of 10 - 15 owners and CEOs of Mastermind indoorsnon-competing home care companies who get together on a regular basis to exchange ideas and information, solve problems, and provide support to one another. 

 


Purpose:  The purpose of The $5 Million Mastermind Group is to provide a mechanism for non-competing home care owners and CEOs with businesses generating $5 million or more in revenue to come together for a confidential exchange of experiences, issues, problems, and solutions at regular meetings; and to receive the benefit of reliable comparative operating data.  The objective of each group is to help members improve the overall operating performance of their home care companies.

Your Facilitor:  The key to a successful Masterming Group is having a facilitator whoSCT Head Photo can organize the group, arrange logistics, lead the discussions, document results, and facilitate communication between group members.

Your facilitator for this group is Stephen Tweed, CEO of Leading Home Care ... a Tweed Jeffries company.  Stephen is an internationally known health care and business strategist, award winning professional speaker, author, and business coach.  He is the founder of The Academy for Private Duty Home Care, Publisher of Private Duty Today, and the author or co-author of six books written for the home care industry.

Who May Attend?

This mastermind group is for owners of private pay non-medical home care companies, or CEOs of companies owned by multiple shareholders.  You may bring with you as a guest your spouse, your business partner, your chief operating offer or another key team member.  

Each company may bring the owner / CEO and up to two other participants.  There will be a $200 fee for each additional person to cover the costs of the opening reception and meals at the event.

What does it cost to be an ongoing member of a Mastermind Group?

Total costs to participate in a group vary depending on decisions each group makes in the frequency and location of their meetings.  You should expect to spend between $5,000 and $7,000 per year for:

  • Mastermind Group Entrance Fee: $1,000 for first meeting.
  • Annual Participation Fee: $2,500
  • Travel and lodging to participate in group meetings
  • Shared expenses for future group meetings, including meeting room rental, outside speakers, meals & breaks.
  • Cost of evening meals and side trips associated with the meeting location.

Once you have attended the first meeting of this group, you will have the opportunity to decide if you are a good fit for the group, and if you want to continue.  You are invited to participate in this first meeting to see what it's like, and there is no obligation to continue of it's not for you.

When the group is formed, group members will set the schedule of future meeting dates and locations, attendance requirements, and other ground rules for group membership. This is YOUR Mastermind Group.

You will receive reservation information in your confirmation email after registering for the event.)
