Frances has a variety of management and production experience in marketing, communications and public relations. She has created programs and spearheaded initiatives for non-profits, corporate clients, and associations, including Sister Cities International where she led outreach efforts for SCI’s 135 partnerships worldwide and the international organization's $7.5 million grant for infrastructure building in Africa from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
