About the Presenter:

Dr. Barbara O’Neill, CFCS, CPFFE is Extension Specialist in Financial Resource Management for Rutgers Cooperative Extension. She has written over 1,500 newspaper articles and over 120 articles for professional publications and is the author or co-author of eight books. Dr. O’Neill earned a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech and has received over three dozen national awards and over $825,000 in grants to support financial education programs and research. She has 38 years of experience as an FCS professional and is a frequent presenter at AAFCS and other national conferences.
