LMSW/LCSW Examination Prep Course

The Tulane School of Social Work will host a 10-hour, two-day LMSW/LCSW test preparation course on Friday, Feb. 1 and Saturday, Feb. 2. This course will prepare MSWs for the LMSW exam as well as the LCSW exam. Course materials are included in the registration cost including the ASWB Study Guide (a $35 value) and an in-house study guide.

The course will be conducted by Dr. Lynn Pearlmutter, who is a full-time associate professor at the Tulane School of Social Work.  Before joining the Tulane Faculty more than 20 years ago, she worked for agency practices in Chicago, Berkeley, Pittsburgh and New Orleans, specializing in child, family, couples and group therapy.

Friday, Feb. 1     -- 5:45 p.m. -- 9 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 2 -- 8:45 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
Location: Room 103 in the Social Work Building
Total of 10 CEU hours

Registration
The early registration fee is $150, and the early registration deadline is Friday, Jan. 25. After Jan. 25, the registration fee will be $200. Those who would like to attend but have not signed up online should show up on Friday evening with their payment, and they can sign up at the door.

Parking Information
Parking will be available free of charge after 5:30 p.m. on Friday and all day Saturday on Law Road, which is located directly behind the School of Social Work building. The School of Social Work (Building No. 9) is the fifth building on the left side of the Uptown campus as you enter the campus from St. Charles Ave. Law Road is located immediately after the Gibson Circle on St. Charles Ave. Participants can park in any space NOT marked reserved or handicap.
