

This class is a tour of the Big Easy, where Creole and Cajun cuisine blend Spanish, French, African and French Caribbean flavors.
Our small, hands-on cooking classes are fun and educational, appropriate for all levels of culinary experience. Learn secrets of the trade from Chef-Owner Doug Mack. Each three and half hour class includes beverages and take-home recipes and finishes with a class-prepared lunch with wine.
On-site gardens and greenhouses grow vegetables for us year-round and some classes include a visit to gather products. The beautiful, fresh eggs used in class are supplied by our chickens. Our farm to table cuisine definitely reflects the seasons of our farm.
