
This class delves into some culinary history experimenting with updated recipes from 'Vermont's past. We'll use meat, fish and vegetables that have been part of our region for hundreds of years.
Work directly with Chef-Owner Douglas Mack in a small, intimate group and learn the secrets of the culinary trade from a Slow Food, farm-to-table perspective. Prepare seasonal dishes from high quality ingredients and then enjoy a delicious class-prepared meal with wine! Classes include take-home recipe booklet.
Due to their popularity are classes are offered on at least two separate occasions each month.
Classes usually run from 12:30-4:00 and most often include a tour of our gardens and greenhouses to harvest products for the class .
Class size is limited to 14 and early reservations are encouraged as many classes fill quickly.
