Color Commons opening

Get outdoors for this event and temporary art installation by New American Public Art designed for interaction with the Light Blades on the Greenway. At the opening event, NAPA will unveil a phone number that will allow park users to text message a color to the Light Blades and see them instantly change. Bring your cell phone to the opening to participate in a texting battle and see the resulting light show as the Light Blades respond to a crowd of texts. 

The free outdoor event is open to the public and will be followed by an indoor after party at Brandy Pete's from 7 – 9pm. Please register for the after party below.  A suggested donation of $5 will be collected at the door. Light refreshments provided, cash bar.  Greenway Conservancy members get in free. You can sign up to become a member at the door (only $5/month).
