Learn proven planning techniques to quickly shape an effective business plan. Techniques include SWOT analysis, setting SMART goals and doing a market analysis. You'll do several critical elements of business plans and critique plans of other class members, and will leave the class with progress on a new business plan or a significant revision of a current plan.
