Critical financial skills for small business owners-

This training includes evaluation of a company’s financial strength and understanding of key financial industry ratios used by banks and surety companies to assess credit worthiness. We will cover cash flow projections to anticipate cash needs in advance. Breakeven analysis will be taught as a technique to determine pricing, cover overhead and evaluate capital expenditures.
