The Paraprofessional Course covers the basics of the Montessori approach. For many years participants have increased their understanding and strengthened their effectiveness in working with children through Seton’s Course. For others, the course has been a stepping stone in deciding to pursue full teaching certification.
Classes meet for a full day on each of the four days. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion after full participation in the course.
Each day we become more aware of the significance of the adults in a young child’s environment. Prepare yourself to meet their needs (and those of their parents) with a couse that encompasses an in-depth view of Maria Montessori’s philosophy, as well as techniques for everyday work.
