Ins and Outs of Email for Beginners

Whether you have an email account but no idea how to work it or you don’t have an account but would like to get one, this class will help you learn the basics of email: creating a secure password, composing messages, adding attachments, organizing your messages, and more.

Instructor: Ali Birnbach
Ali Birnbach grew up in the East Bay before heading to Knox College in Illinois, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English Lit. After experiencing the Midwest, she attended Boston’s Simmons GSLIS program, where she earned her master’s degree in Library and Information Science. She is currently a reference librarian and volunteer coordinator at the Mill Valley Public Library, and enjoys providing reading suggestions.
