APICS - M.A.D. Meeting February 8-9, 2013 & Student Case Competition

The next Mid-Atlantic District Meeting will be held February 8-9, 2013 in Harrisburg, PA. Attached is the preliminary agenda. The Host Chapter for this event is: Central Penn. Please make your hotel reservations early. Cutoff date for our group is January 30, 2013

• Below is information to reserve your hotel room.

• This meeting will include the Mid-Atlantic Student Case Competition. Fifteen teams will compete (graduate and under-graduate categories).

• Preliminary Agenda
• Constant Contact Workshop.
• Sponsorship for Student Case Competition.

If you chapter has not as of yet provided a monetary donation to the competition, please do so as soon as possible.

We have pledged to give teams more than $9,000 in prize money and travel, and currently donations and sponsors are need. Your chapters BoD were sent email asking for chapters to get some corporations to sponsor this year’s competition.

Other meeting highlights include updates on the corporate website, CPA-CBAR program, and courseware.
